These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intuitix Nexis Private Limited ("Intuitix," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the laws of India with CIN: U62020TN2025PTC181933.

Solli is an AI-powered mobile application designed to help users improve their English communication by polishing WhatsApp messages in real-time. The App provides:

• Grammar correction and enhancement
• Multiple tone options for different contexts
• Language mix support (Tanglish, Hinglish, etc.)
• Real-time message polishing
• Copy-paste functionality for WhatsApp integration

Solli is provided completely free of charge. There are no premium plans, subscription fees, or hidden costs. We are committed to keeping Solli free forever.

The App does not display advertisements and will remain ad-free as part of our commitment to providing a clean user experience.

When using Solli, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• Not use the App to process illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the App's functionality
• Use the App in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

The App, including its design, functionality, algorithms, and content, is owned by Intuitix and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of the messages you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a temporary license to process your messages solely for the purpose of providing the enhancement service.

Solli is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• All grammar suggestions will be contextually perfect
• The service will be available at all times
• The App will meet all your specific requirements

You use Solli at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

You may stop using Solli at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately, but these Terms will continue to apply to any prior use of the App.

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
